Using Audios in Your Home and School

This morning I took some time to read this new ebook, Listening to Learn, by Amy Blevins. She was kind to send me a review copy....and I LOVED it! I have always thought it would be fun to use more audios in our homeschool. There are so many free audios online of great classics, music, poetry, and the list goes on...but I never could figure out how to make it work.

Amy has done a wonderful job explaining in this ebook how you can easily incorporate audios into your day. Not only does she walk through some of the "hardware" details, but Amy gives a ton of websites you can go to and find audios you can download for free or for purchase. Amy wrote this book out of her own experience. She has breathing problems which limits her "read-aloud" times with her kids. When she started having these problems, she began incorporating audios into her homeschool. That is when she realized the benefits and blessings of using audios...hence this ebook.

Note: Pray for Amy. She is pregnant with twins and is having breathing problems again...very serious problems. She really needs prayer as the doctors decide how to deal with her problems.
